Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Standard Products

You can return unused, standard sheets within 14 days of receiving them.

Please contact us before sending anything back so I know to expect it.

Once we’ve received the returned item in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).
Custom Prints

Because custom sheets are made to order, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll either replace the sheet or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

We recommend using a tracked service so your return doesn’t get lost in transit.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
