Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Standard Products

• You can return unused, standard sheets within 14 days of receiving them.

• Please contact us before sending anything back so I know to expect it.

• Once we’ve received the returned item in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Custom Prints

• Because custom sheets are made to order, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll either replace the sheet or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

• We recommend using a tracked service so your return doesn’t get lost in transit.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow a few working days for it to appear in your account.
